As 2023 wends towards it's close so to does the 12th edition of the Harestock Handicap. With all the final calculations completed and having been passed by scrutineering in Lausanne, the results were announced at last night's social event. 2023 was another successful year, with 51 different athletes taking part and completing 184 race efforts…
