Join your other local runners and club members for an informational and social evening at the South Downs Social. Anna Brockman, a local breathing coach specialising in Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage techniques will lead a workshop to help runners improve their breathing. In this session you will learn how to:

Speed up muscle recovery and reduce post-run fatigue.
