Victory 5 mile — HRRL 5
Race 5 of 12 in the Hampshire Road Race League 2026/27 season, organised by City of Portsmouth Athletic Club. First run in 1946, 2026 is the 80th Victory 5 — one of the oldest and most prestigious 5 mile road races in the country.
Sunday 29 November 2026, 11:00 start. For its 80th year the race moves to a brand-new, faster course: starting at Lakeside North Harbour, along the promenade, past the Mountbatten Centre and finishing back at Lakeside.
Entry is £20, or £18 for England Athletics affiliated runners. You enter directly with the organiser via the entry link — Winchester Running Club does not book places. Once you've entered, mark yourself as attending here so we know who is racing. Wear your club vest: results count towards the league and the club Grand Prix.
