About this event

Repetition and interval training for senior and masters athletes — the faster, shorter end of the week's work.

Senior Training moves to the South Park and Ride for the autumn and winter, while Gaterfield's grass pitch floods and is out of use — meet in the Park and Ride car park itself.

Everyone warms up together with coach-led drills at 7:00pm, then the lead coach briefs the session: how many repetitions, how long, and at what pace. You run in a group with people at roughly your speed, and the coaches stagger the starts and keep the time so that you do not have to.

No booking — just turn up. Come ten minutes early, find the volunteer checking people in and introduce yourself. Your first three sessions are free.
