 visional. The league's 2026/27 fixture list gives this race as \"May 2027\
 "\, with the specific date still to be confirmed. Entry fees for 2027 have
  not been published\; the 2026 edition was £19 affiliated and £21 unaffi
 liated as an early bird\, rising to £21 and £23 afterwards\, plus a book
 ing fee.\n\nA scenic\, undulating 10 mile course through the Hampshire cou
 ntryside and village lanes. Race HQ is Eggar's School\, London Road\, Holy
 bourne\, Alton GU34 4EQ — at the eastern end of Alton on the main road t
 owards the A31. The start is at Holybourne Cricket Ground\, roughly a 20 m
 inute walk from race HQ\, with the finish back on the school grounds. Numb
 ers and chips are collected on race day from race HQ.\n\nMinimum age 17 on
  race day. No dogs\, wheeled vehicles or accompanying cyclists\, and the c
 ourse is not wheelchair accessible. There are no entries on the day and th
 e race sold out in 2026\, so enter as soon as entries open.\n\nYou enter d
 irectly with the organising club — Winchester Running Club does not book
