DESCRIPTION:Repetition and speed work for junior athletes aged 8 to 19\, on
  grass at Gaterfield\, before the senior session starts.\n\nSessions are l
 ed by our coaches and supported by qualified run leaders\, including a coa
 ch dedicated to our youngest athletes. Bring trainers\, a water bottle and
  layers for the weather\; spikes or off-road shoes are useful but not esse
 ntial to start with.\n\nParents are welcome to stay and watch\, or to drop
  off and come back at 7:00pm — whichever suits you.\n\nNew to the club?
