DESCRIPTION:Threshold training for senior and masters athletes — longer\,
  controlled efforts at a pace you could hold for around an hour.\n\nSenior
  Training moves to the South Park and Ride for the autumn and winter\, whi
 le Gaterfield's grass pitch floods and is out of use — meet in the Park 
 and Ride car park itself.\n\nEveryone warms up together with coach-led dri
 lls at 7:00pm\, then the lead coach briefs the session: how many repetitio
 ns\, how long\, and at what pace. You run in a group with people at roughl
 y your speed\, and the coaches stagger the starts and keep the time so tha
 t you do not have to.\n\nNo booking — just turn up. Come ten minutes ear
 ly\, find the volunteer checking people in and introduce yourself. Your fi
 rst three sessions are free.\n\nNever been before? Here is exactly what ha
