SUMMARY:Senior Training
DESCRIPTION:Threshold training for senior and masters athletes — longer\,
  controlled efforts at a pace you could hold for around an hour.\n\nEveryo
 ne warms up together with coach-led drills at 7:00pm\, then the lead coach
  briefs the session: how many repetitions\, how long\, and at what pace. Y
 ou run in a group with people at roughly your speed\, and the coaches stag
 ger the starts and keep the time so that you do not have to.\n\nOnce the g
 round turns\, this session usually moves to St Catherine's Hill for hill r
 epetitions — we play it by the weather\, so check the venue before you s
 et off.\n\nNo booking — just turn up. Come ten minutes early\, find the 
 volunteer checking people in and introduce yourself. Your first three sess
